Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our organization and our efforts. Please complete the form below and a member of our team will out to make arrangements regarding advertising space, images, and logo graphics to be placed in the Still More Spices of Life program.
Sponsorship Levels
This year we have multiple sponsorship options for businesses and individuals. This will be your opportunity to connect with a new audience, while also supporting a wonderful cause.
Whether you are a company or an individual who believes in our mission, sponsoring this event is a unique opportunity to give back to our global community. Project Starfish is sustained through volunteer medical professionals and financial donations from people just like you. – All information for corporate and personal sponsorship’s need to be turned in no later than March 10th in order to guarantee ad placement in the Still More Spices of Life program.
Saffron – $1500
Four Saffron sponsorship pays for all medications for 2000 patients, including a 3-month’s supply of medication to those with chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, COPD) at no cost to the patient
Sponsors Receive:
- A full panel ad in in the Still More Spices of Life program
- 8 complimentary tickets to the event with children 12 and under free
- Your logo and web address displayed on the Donor page of ProjectStarfishIndia.org for one year
- The ad from our program will be posted on our Facebook page thanking you for your donation
Cardamom – $1000
Two Cardamom sponsorships pay for all on-site lab expenses for 3000 patients
Sponsors Receive:
- A 3/4 panel ad in the Still More Spices of Life program
- 6 complimentary tickets to the event with children 12 and under free
- Your logo and web address displayed on the Donor page of ProjectStarfishIndia.org for one year
- The ad from our program will be posted on our Facebook page thanking you for your donation
Turmeric – $500
Each Turmeric sponsorship pays for one “Doctor’s Bag”: Stethoscope, otoscope/ophthalmoscope, BP cuffs, thermometers and consumables such as dressings, exam gloves, and more for outlying hospital camps (clinics)
Sponsors Receive:
- A 1/2 panel ad in the Spices of Life program
- 4 complimentary tickets to the event with children under 12 free
- “Thank you” post on our Facebook page
Clove – $250
Each Clove sponsorship pays for replacement of all consumables for all camps (including our outreach hospitals) such as tongue blades, cotton swabs, gloves, hand sanitizer, UA strips, etc. for a year
Sponsors Receive:
- 1/4 panel ad in the Spices of Life program
- 2 complimentary tickets to the event with children under 12 free
- “Thank you” post on our Facebook page
Personal, Group, On behalf of, and In memoriam Sponsorships
If you don’t have an organization to promote with a sponsorship, you can support our cause and be recognized in our program personally, as a group, or you can sponsor on behalf or in memoriam of a friend or family member. Sponsors who make contributions of this kind will be recognized in our program and social media accounts according to the level of the sponsorship contribution and will be acknowledged by the name(s) you choose. (Donations are tax deductible for one individual)
Sponsors will be asked to provide their logo and any other image graphics that they want included in the ad, as well as their business address, phone number and an optional one sentence of text. They will each be provided a proof for the ad for review before final inclusion in program.
